We proudly ship both within the United States and internationally.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Kaiits Beauty is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Kaiits Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country.
