1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (if applicable)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for eligible unopened products. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.
